The other day I came across the answer to my pondering about investments. First let me give the disclaimer that I do believe in life insurance and its value, but when you are on a tight budget, it is difficult to invest in life insurance and your retirement savings.

Usually when the salesman starts his pitch for life insurance, his spiel is about how the coverage will pay for funeral expenses and living expenses for the rest of the family usually for about a year. But here’s the kicker, it is not a stable investment in my eyes and you must wait for the person to die. I can understand this a little better when you are older. It is harder to convince someone in their 30s of this value.

So here’s what I came up with: instead of using that money for life insurance, invest it in a wiser way — toward a 401K, IRA or gold. Or better, yet a combination of the two.

I don’t think a lot of people realize that you can create a gold IRA, where you are investing in your retirement with the safest commodity around. In my opinion, it just makes sense that IRA gold will grow in value. There are so many flighty companies nowadays it is scary to sock away your future in one area. It will be super easy to do a gold IRA transfer, as well.

If you don’t have an IRA, be aware there are also gold 401k packages that are just as easy to set up. 401k gold is just another fantastic vehicle to invest your retirement savings in.

The idea behind my theory is that if you do die young, your family can use the proceeds from your IRA or 401K account to pay your funeral expenses and help them survive the transition period.

It seems like it is commonplace nowadays to need help in improving your credit. The majority of the time, it is not even your own fault. A decade ago, anyone needing credit repair was viewed as irresponsible, but nowadays with the most responsible consumers losing jobs to the economy, anyone can be in this position.

I have owned a credit card since I was 14 — a store card that required my mother’s signature to obtain, but nonetheless I had my own credit line and have worked hard to establish good credit. Who would have known I would then buy a house at the countries peak buying prices and then lose a job shortly thereafter with an adjustable rate loan? I sure didn’t anticipate it. So I’ve found myself researching a credit repair service I could investigate online.

It didn’t take long for me to come across The Credit People. I like how there is no obligation, how they have more than a decade of experience and how you can see results within 60 days.

I am upside down on my home right now and just barely scraping by to maintain, but I know in the next few years I will be looking to sell and buy a house that fits my family better and I want my credit to be golden by then. Meanwhile, I am taking steps toward this by The Credit People and another option: Repair Your Bad Credit. I especially like how they have more than 50,000 referrals. That says so much in today’s day and age.

If you find yourself in the same position as me please don’t hesitate to start looking around for ways to improve and repair your credit. It takes little more than the click of a mouse.

I don’t know about the rest of the world, but when we first became pregnant I was overwhelmed with information on what to buy for our new family addition.
There are so many new things to discover to buy for babies and youngsters.
What type of car seat? What brand of crib? What diapers? What clothes?
Truly the choices are endless and it helps to do most of your research online.
Otherwise you would waste gas and time and money.
The first two most important items are the car seat (the hospital won’t let you take your infant home without one!) and a place for the baby to sleep, either a bassinet or crib.
If you have a load of money to spend, go ahead and get both, but otherwise, most babies do just fine starting out in a crib in the parent’s room.
However, you will end up with more than one car seat. There aren’t any infant seats I trust that then become convertible car seats so realize that you are going to end up buying an infant seat and later a convertible car seat, most likely. Do your research during the pregnancy and once your little one comes it will not be overwhelming.

I don’t know about you, but it seems like as the economy continues to slump, I find buying the basics that more expensive. What ends up happening is that I am often forced to take out payday loans.
It used to be in the old days I had to travel to a seedy part of town to do this, but now I can find payday loans online with the click of a mouse.
A payday loan has saved me many a time. It has allowed me to buy food for my kids and I am always able to get payday loans no credit check required.
Really this is huge for me. I survived the threat of foreclosure, but one of the drawbacks was having to cut up all my credit cards and take a hit on my credit to qualify for the making homes affordable program.
The ability to get pay day loans equals fast cash, which helps me pay for necessities me and my family need, such as food and medicine. Instant payday loans mean I won’t be stuck worrying about a sick child and can immediately pay for a prescription or food.

It wasn’t until recently that I realized the crucial importance of accident and life insurance.
Sadly, it was the passing of a friend that brought this point home.
He had a terrific job, beautiful wife and kids, but no accident and illness insurance. He was the picture of health — a coach who ran every day and was in the best physical shape he could be.
He had all bases covered, except an affordable life insurance policy. For some reason this intelligent man neglected to provide for his family. I don’t know if it was his feelings of immortality — he had been a high school football star and everything he touched turned to gold.
A few months ago he was stricken with cancer. It hit his family hard. He had to take off work to go through treatment. This meant no money coming into the home.
His wife had always stayed home with their three children and had no work experience outside of the home.
He was able to return to work for a month, but then went to the doctor because he wasn’t feeling well. They just sent him home to spend the remainder of his days.
He just passed and his family also learned that there was no money, no cheap funeral insurance, to help with the expenses of burying him.
He was such a popular man in the community that the costs ended up being extremely high.
I think taking the time to implement insurance policies for accidents, insurance, funerals and untimely deaths can save your family even more grief.

With technology nowadays there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to do 90 to 1oo percent of your trading online from the privacy of your own home, even in your own kitchen, drinking coffee in your pajamas.
First Trade offers easy Online Trading that can be done in the privacy of your own home. You don’t even need to interact with a person if you still haven’t had that first cup of coffee.
However, sometimes even the best of us want to consult with an Online Broker and frankly, that is a smart thing and easy thing to do with First Trade.
Not only can you shift money or allocations for IRA accounts, but also do all of your Stock Trading from your desk top or laptop.
You can be in Toyko or London or Detroit — it does not matter. Your ability to engage in Mobile Trading is always at your fingertips.
It just makes sense to be able to conduct all of this business online. There is really no reason why you should have to do any of it on the phone or in person. If you disagree, then you need to check into different options and talk to representatives from companies that allow you to do online trading in your pajamas.
